Schedule 06: PNL-Ops and PNL Scheduler

1. What is included

PNL-Ops

• Leads and clients with name, email, phone, address, notes, and full email threads relayed through our inbound mail domain.
• Estimates and a public quote-acceptance page your customers can accept online.
• Job photos stored in cloud storage.
• Website intake connection: forms on a site we host can create leads here and send an automatic reply.
• AI assistant ("Rocket") that answers questions about your workspace.

PNL Scheduler

• A public booking page where your customers book services without creating an account, giving name, email, phone, service address, notes, and answers to your questions.
• Reminder and confirmation emails to the booker and to you.
• Availability from your calendar feeds (ICS), reading busy times only.

2. Price

Prices exclude taxes. Until PNL Scheduler is priced, it is provided to a customer only where the customer's order form or founding-rate letter names them, at the price stated there, and may be withdrawn or priced on 30 days' notice under Terms section 4.5.

3. How quantities are counted

3.1 User. Any login active at the nightly sync, as in Schedule 03.

3.2 Provider (Scheduler). A calendar or person that can be booked.

3.3 Booking. One appointment created through the booking page or by you.

Quantities sync nightly to Stripe and are prorated once pricing is set.

4. Your contacts and your messaging

4.1 Leads, clients, bookers, and their messages are Customer Data. You are the controller or business for them. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and store their details, for honoring their opt-out requests, and for complying with anti-spam, telemarketing, and consumer protection laws (including CAN-SPAM and the TCPA) in anything you send them through or alongside the Services.

4.2 Email threads relayed through PNL-Ops pass through our inbound mail domain and are stored in your workspace. Reminder and automatic reply emails are sent through our provider from a PNL-controlled address or a sending identity we set up for you. We may add a short footer identifying the sending service.

4.3 The public quote-acceptance page records the acceptor's name, time, and network address. Whether an acceptance is binding between you and your customer is a matter between you and them; PNL is not a party to your quotes or bookings.

4.4 Bookings made through PNL Scheduler are appointments between you and your customer. You are responsible for showing up, for your cancellation policy, and for any payment terms. PNL takes no payments from bookers.

5. Calendar feeds

Scheduler reads ICS calendar feeds you connect and uses only busy and free times to compute availability. We do not read event titles or details beyond what the feed exposes, and we do not write to your calendar. You are responsible for keeping the feed URL private and for the accuracy of your calendar.

6. AI assistant (PNL-Ops Rocket)

6.1 Rocket (powered by OpenAI) receives a snapshot of your workspace to answer questions: lead names, inquiry text, project and client names, city and state, and estimate totals. It does not receive contact email addresses or phone numbers. Terms section 11 applies.

6.2 Answers can be wrong and are not advice. Rocket does not send email or change records on its own.

7. Photos and deletion

7.1 Job photos are stored in cloud storage. Deleting a lead, client, or photo in the app removes it from your workspace. Stored files are purged from storage on our scheduled cleanup, and in any case under Terms section 9.

7.2 Hard deletion of a lead or client is permanent for you; we cannot restore it except from backups under Terms section 9.3.

8. Export and retention

8.1 Self-serve export is not yet available in these apps. Email [email protected] and we will provide a CSV or JSON export under Terms section 7.7.

8.2 Bookings and leads are retained while your subscription is active. Tell us if you want a shorter retention period for bookings and we will set one for your workspace where the product allows, or purge on request.

9. Limits

• Inbound email relay and outbound reminders may be rate-limited and are subject to our email provider's policies. Messages flagged as spam or abusive may be blocked.
• Photo storage per workspace may be capped; we will tell you if you approach a cap.
• Public pages (quote acceptance, booking) are protected against abuse with rate limits and may be temporarily unavailable under attack.

10. Data these apps collect

PNL-Ops: lead and client name, email, phone, address, messages and email threads, estimate and quote data, acceptance records with IP, job photos, user accounts, AI conversation snapshots. PNL Scheduler: booker name, email, phone, service address, notes, answers, booking times, reminder email logs, calendar feed URLs and busy times. See the Privacy Policy.

This is version 2026-10-13, effective October 17, 2026. It is the first version published under this numbering, so there are no earlier versions of this document to list.
