Apps you can use
Every app has its own monthly price. Sign-up is opening one app at a time; until then, request access and we set you up.
Time tracking for real crews. PIN kiosk clock-in in English or Spanish, a My Time menu where employees fix a missed punch, request time off, or call out, and owner approvals in one place. Pay periods, overtime, and payroll exports to CSV or PDF, in production today.
Online booking for service businesses. Customers pick a service and a time from your own booking page, you approve or confirm, and reminders go out on their own. Services, add-ons, deposits, provider hours, and service areas are all set by you. Final testing now, opening to new businesses soon.
Know what is on the shelf. Scan to receive, pick, count, and move stock with a phone camera or a scanner, see low items before they run out, and print your own labels. Crews sign in with a PIN, in English or Spanish.
Interactive coding courses that run Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL right in the browser. Structured programs with a clear path, review that adapts to what you forget, verifiable certificates, and capstone projects you can publish to GitHub.
Custom builds
Some work only makes sense built around one business. This is what that looks like, quoted per project.
The operations dashboard we built around one of our clients. One command center where they capture every lead, talk to customers, price the work, and close it. It is not a self-serve app: each setup is wired to the business that runs it, through a direct partnership with us.
Client websites
Website for Cediva Stone Work, a stone veneer and masonry company in Delaware. We build and host the site, and behind it run their lead intake, estimating, and quoting in PNL-Ops, custom wired to their business, with PNL-Timesheet and PNL-Inventory for the crew.
Site for Nexa Hotel TV, which turns the TVs in hotel rooms into a channel for the hotel: a branded welcome screen, the hotel's own videos and promos, and local advertising. Bilingual Spanish and English, with the live channel playing right on the page. Maintained by Proto Node Labs.
Marketing site for Amora Nails, a nail salon in Newark, DE. Service overview, hours and location, and a contact-forward layout built mobile-first for local search visits.
Marketing site for Auto Cure Detailing, a mobile auto detailing service in Newark, DE. Service tiers, contact, and a layout designed to capture quote requests on mobile.
Marketing and membership site for Rogba Routers, a home-technology service helping households take control of their internet and connected infrastructure. Built and maintained by Proto Node Labs.
Site for Midnight Auto Glass, a mobile auto glass service across Delaware doing windshield replacement and rock-chip repair at the customer's location. Quote requests and work gallery, built and maintained by Proto Node Labs.
Lab & Experiments
This is where Proto Node Labs builds things for the love of building. Games, tech demos, and side experiments that aren't client work but are still worth shipping.
A playable block-puzzle browser game built and hosted by Proto Node Labs. It speeds up the longer you last, the floor starts rising, and the best 20 runs land on a public leaderboard.
A pixel art nail salon tycoon. Start doing nails in your bedroom with $800 of debt and build it into a Signature Studio. Plays in any browser, phone included.
